کاربردها:
با استفاده از اين دستگاه ميزان فعاليت آنزيم a- آميلاز كه يك فاكتور مؤثر در كيفيت فراورده هاي نانوايي و انواع ماكاروني است در مواد نشاسته اي نظير آرد گندم، چاودار، جو و ساير غلات اندازه گيري مي شود. بعلاوه با استفاده از اين دستگاه مي توان ميزان درصد مالت موردنياز جهت افزودن به آرد و يا درصد تركيب آردهاي مختلف براي رسيدن به مناسب ترين ميزان فعاليت آنزيم a- آميلاز را تعيين كرد.
